Glady Fork Outfitters offers the best shipping rates for Internet retailers. We ship items worldwide weekly, so don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or concerns. There are no hidden or fees. Though we will ship from West Virginia and Virginia using a host of shipping methods, USPS Priority Mail / USPS First Class is our standard method, for which there is no charge for addresses within the Lower Forty-Eight. If you need the item in a hurry, we will charge you the real-time shipping cost for the method that you choose for shipping, UPS or FEDEX. Our site shipping rate charts are for all shipping locations.

Domestic Shipping
Our domestic shipping is free for standard first class mail and parcel post. For priority mail, express mail and UPS there is a flat rate. We strive to get your products out within one business day of the payment clearing. Order place on weekends or holidays will not ship until Monday or after the holiday. International Shipping
For international buyers, we offer flat rate shipping, worldwide. Some rods must be shipped priority, due to their length. Our shipping rates are priced to account for the item, packing material, the box and a little gift from us.

The buyer is responsible for all duties and customs fees. Under no circumstances will we declare an item as a "gift" or will we lower the declared value on the customs forms.

Returns & Exchanges
Prior to exchanging an item or return for refund, you email us or call for return authorization number.

All returns need to have the original packaging with them and must be in new / unused condition for refunds. Please be sure to complete and include the Return and Exchange Form found on the back of your packing slip. It will expedite the processing of your return.
Exchanges and refunds are only offer for a 14 day period from delivery. For both returns and exchanges, customer must pay return shipping for items.

Glady Fork Outfitters Easy Exchange (to exchange one item for another)
Need an exchange fast? Use Orvis Easy Exchange. For the fastest service, call 1-877-636-6574 between 9am & 9pm to request an Easy Exchange. We'll place your new order charging your credit card, but we'll waive regular shipping charges. Once we receive your return, we'll credit you for the cost of the original item.

Canadian and International Customers
For returns by Canadian and international customers: please ship the merchandise to the appropriate return address (see above). Return shipping is paid by the customer returning the item. For exchange items, Orvis does not charge a re-shipping fee.

All warrant work for Orvis rods is done by Orvis. Call 1-800-548-9548 anytime, e-mail rodrepair@orvis.com to get a repair number, shipping address, and payment instructions.
